Manned Guarding is first about safety but customer care is key. Experienced and articulate SIA security officers are sometimes hard to come by because a simple course is all it takes to become accredited. After a thorough interview, which assesses the compatibility of applicants within our strict employment criteria, applicants attend an intense training day during which their skills are assessed and bolstered by our operations officer. Although we want our guards to become part of your team we also have high standards of our own.
We believe in creating a secure atmosphere, as well as a secure environment. Our clients know that as well as being polite, smart and approachable and providing the full spectrum of guarding services, our officers are also trained to provide first line medical care, emergency and evacuation control and personal security advice. With regular management inspections and client feedback, we ensure that standards are kept to the highest level and for that reason we have not lost a client yet.
